  Breakfast was good

  My booking was confirmed through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the front desk staff refused to acknowledge it and claimed there was no reservation under my name. This was completely unacceptable and very misleading. I was eventually forced to settle for a room that was far below any reasonable standard—dirty, uncomfortable, and looking like a 100-year-old room. The windows wouldn’t close properly, there was no hot water (which is essential in a place like Nagarkot), and overall it was not a room where anyone could comfortably rest. This experience was extremely disappointing given the amount they charge. However, I want to mention that the man at the front desk was genuinely polite, patient, and tried his best to help despite the confusion. His attitude and willingness to assist were the only positive parts of the experience.
