1. Dishonest and Inflexible Management The hotel is completely dishonest. Due to an unexpected emergency, I needed to change my dates or cancel my booking. I called the hotel to ask if this was possible since I booked through Booking.com. The staff lied to me, claiming they couldn't do anything because "Booking.com's system doesn't allow changes." However, when I contacted Booking.com customer service, they confirmed that the decision was entirely up to the hotel. When I called the hotel back, they finally admitted the truth: they simply didn't want to change it. They completely wasted my time—if they had just been honest from the start, it would have been fine. Their policy is completely inflexible and lacks empathy. They only care about taking customers' money. 2. Misleading Parking Information The description claims they offer "free parking," but they fail to mention they only have 6 spots. The spaces are incredibly tight and extremely difficult to maneuver into. If you don't arrive early, you won't get a spot and will be forced to find your own parking nearby. 3. Unsafe Location The location feels very unsafe. There is a strip club right below the hotel, and there are many sketchy individuals loitering around the area at night. I highly advise solo female travelers or all-female groups against staying here. 4. Constant Noise Disruption The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. To make matters worse, they play music in the hallway 24/7 without stopping. I could hear it loud and clear while trying to sleep. 5. Unsanitary Bedding with Bugs I am allergic to dust, and I started feeling itchy the moment I lay on the bed. On my first day, I lifted the pillow and found a bug underneath it. It was absolutely disgusting and clearly not properly cleaned.
