It's walking distance to everything and there's a convince store very close. It's also on an inside street so very quite. Owner gives recommendations. Everything is very clean and new

βGreat value stayβ
Very convenient location. Just 15 minutes walk away from the Wolji Pond and other key cultural landmarks of Gyeongju. It's mostly a staffless hotel, but we did meet 1 staff and she was very helpful and kind. We had everything we needed, it was very clean, and we slept quite well on the beds. The beds are on the "harder" side, not fluffy mattresses. But I personally prefer that for back pain reasons, just be mindful of this if you prefer softer beds. Slight note: We had to fight some mosquitoes before sleep, but we only noticed the next morning as we were checking out that there are mosquitoes repellents downstairs free to use!
