The apartment was everything we needed for the trip. Good amount of space, great air conditioning, good location and fantastic staff.
Due to maintenance not all facilities were available but it didn’t overly impact our stay. Breakfast was fine, not great.

Look, the location is fine if you are willing to take a taxi to coco-mall every day. Which is where the public transport is. The breakfast was pretty modest but whatever they had was good. And the quality was alright.
The first issue we had was with renovation going on in the hotel. We booked the room in Q4 last year and they decided to start renovations Q1 this year. Instead of letting us know via e-mail they kept quiet about it. So, now it was really noisy and also the floor with facilities was closed and unavailable. Furthermore, the pool requires an extra fee and it turns out the pool is not part of the hotel. Which was not stated in the hotel description. Worst of all, there are cockroaches in the room. Which is a huge scare for us. The receptionist told us it is normal for this area since roaches are common in this humid part of the city.. not the response I expected. I stayed at other hotels in Shenzen, but this was the first time I had roaches..
The suite was modern, clean and very convenient for our family. Many elevators - always nice in a tower. The hotel is well located, and easy to find a Didi or transportation way around. The transport robot was a fun for the whole family.
Some parts of the hotel are under renovation, but it was told during the booking, so it was not a surprised. Also, we felt no disturbance due to the renovation.
