“**Very Disappointing Experience – Booking & Property Conditions**”

I recently had a confirmed booking at **Seaview Cottage, Clifton Block 4, Karachi**. The location is excellent—just opposite Dolmen Mall Clifton—and this is probably the only major positive point of my experience. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the property, there was **serious confusion regarding my booking confirmation**. The management appeared unable or unwilling to properly recognize my reservation, and the manager initially refused to accept/acknowledge my Booking.com confirmation and indicated to Booking.com management that I had not shown up at the property. This was extremely frustrating after travelling to the property with a confirmed reservation. After visiting the room, I was even more disappointed. I observed **termites throughout the furniture**, unhygienic and poorly maintained washrooms, and **several broken bathroom sanitary fixtures**. Many of the room lights were also not working properly. The property additionally has a **salty water problem**, which is a serious concern for guests. The actual condition of the property was **far below what I expected from the photos, description and booking platform listing**. The management needs to address the booking-handling process, cleanliness, pest control, bathroom maintenance, electrical facilities and water quality urgently. The **location is excellent**, but a good location cannot compensate for such poor maintenance and management. **I strongly recommend that future travelers carefully verify their reservation directly with the property before arrival and confirm the actual condition of the room and facilities.** Overall, this was a **very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here in its current condition.**
Hotel management was so rude,harsh and fraud they wanted to provide non.ac room in ac room charges by manipulating us..when we inquired the management asked us to leave the hotel immediately we had to leave the hotel urgently on their misleading attitude
