“Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt für Besichtigung der Stadt Buchara”
Gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service, etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, aber dafür ruhiger gelegen. Personal ist hilfsbereit mit der Buchung eine Yandex Taxi. Frühstück reichhaltig und vielfältig. Sehr schöner Pool und große Zimmer mit Balkon
Wenn Chinesische Gruppe kommt, sehr laut und stressig in der Lobby und beim Frühstück, Personal bleibt jedoch entspannt und versucht die Unordnung schnell zu beheben
Unser Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und unbürokratisch. Alles ging schnell, freundlich und ohne unnötigen Aufwand. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiterin Mohitobon. Sie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell und hat uns beim Check-in herzlich empfangen. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊

The hotel was very modern with state of the art amenities. The staff were very friendly and attentive
The room had very limited storage space We eat in the lobby bar area during our stay and found it strange the side dishes would be served at different times to the main course, despite our specific requests to have anything presented at the same time
“Surprisingly cozy for a chain hotel”
We had a great time at this hotel in Bukhara. The property is pleasant and well maintained, with a warm atmosphere throughout. Yulduz and the rest of the team were incredibly accommodating with all our requests, including arranging an early check-in after our early morning train from Tashkent. Thank you!
