Great location
The WiFi didn’t work, the bathroom door handle was broken and not enough pillows (uncomfortable pillows)

Great location, clean, easy access. Walkable distance to many great sites in Reykjavik. Kitchen is fully stocked.
Very limited # of towels and we had several WiFi issues. The host was helpful in correcting the WiFi but it did take awhile and was in & out of connection.

Excellent location, central but not too noisy at all. Very comfy bed.
As we self catered, more kitchen features would have been great, e.g. dishwasher, small freezer. Kids couldnt get onto wifi (I quite enjoyed that...)
“Terrible check-in experience, great location”
The location was excellent
They failed to send the door code as promised the day before. When I informed them that I did not have a code, they repeatedly copy pasted the generic arrival instructions, not sending me the code. This happened over a few hours and after multiple attempts to contact them. I also borrowed a phone from a store clerk to try calling them multiple times but they didn't even answer the phone. We were traveling with a baby, so we were quite distressed as it got later and later in the evening to find ourselves worried that we would have no where to sleep that night. We were literally minutes away from walking to an alternative accommodation to ask about vacancy there when we finally received the code. Otherwise, the shower leaked a fair bit of water. There were, weirdly, two microwaves but no oven. And there was a bright exit sign lit up above the bedroom window, which was annoying and seemed unnecessary.
