The host was very responsive and friendly. The room was clean, and it was tidied every day. The story behind the nearby bar they collaborate with for breakfast is very authentic and unique - it is a family-run business, which adds a special local touch. The location is also very convenient, especially as it is close to the train station.
Quite a few key lockboxes to go through before you reach the room - a bit of a mini escape room ;)

Check in ging niet helemaal soepel via de mail. Misschien sneller via de app. Bewoners uit het complex hebben ons geholpen.
We had a suite, (well equipped kitchen, and outside seating area with utilities) Room was fantastic, well appointed, very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was modern and well stocked with toiletries. The room was made up everyday, with fresh towels ever 3-4 days.
We never saw a representative at any point, only the house keeper. We waited 2.5 hrs (from 15.00, agreed check in time)with zero communication. All WhatsApp messages and phone calls ignored, finally at 17.30, we received access instructions (all in Italia). Absolutely horrendous experience, and frankly rather scary. Note the ground floor is a business and the bell to the accommodation was constantly rang for people to gain access to the property. Walls are also very thin. Luckily we had quite neighbours for 3/5 nights.
