“Sharon on reception”
Fantastic hotel and Sharon on reception was brilliant. So friendly and helpful I would strongly recommend. First time staying here and will certainly book here next time I sm here

Rooms dirty and smelly. Water kept leaking from somewhere in the bathroom causing puddles. Had to ask to have the sheets changed because stained. Cleaner don’t do anything. Mugs were not changed so we had to ask the grumpy lady on reception for more. Very rude stating we should have 4 people in a room when it was a family room booked for 2 adults and kids. Everything was too much trouble. Breakfast was cold.

Stayed here while working. Had a really long day but as soon as I got here I was greeted by Jamie he was amazing! Helped me check in and showed me where I’d be having breakfast, couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely recommend staying. Thankyou Jamie.

Did what Premier Inn are good at - a convenient place to stay for a one night stay. Easy parking; comfortable bed; decent shower; attentive staff; good breakfast. Thank you - will certainly use Premier Inn again.
