When we went to check in, they told us that they had upgraded us to their four-star hotel across the street where we then went and given a room that was very small and dated. The air conditioning was subpar and was 79.8Β° in our room and they could not get it lower and said that that was to be expected because it was warm outside. They did provide us with a fan after having someone come and check the AC unit. In the bathroom, the molding was rotting off from moisture, and it was very plain and small and surely not four star.

Regular 3 star hotel. Clean Close to a metro station
We came 10.45 on a saturday and we wanted a drink. We went to the bar but it was already close. No explication for this. The breakfast was nothing special We didn't like the location. Close to the central station but very dirty.
