The location. It is near all the restaurants and bars. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The sheets were kind of dirty when I entered the room for the first time, so I had to ask to change them. There were marks of chocolate in the carpet, and two bottles under the bed. They ask you to leave the AC all day and night on to avoid humidity creates mold in the walls... first time I heard about this and I've been in a lot of humid places... the rooms was a little bit cold.
