“Buono”
Struttura pulita, personale gentile e posizione ottima per chi debba raggiungere il Polo Accademico di San Rossore (posizionato a pochi metri di distanza). La piazza dei Miracoli è vicina e si può raggiungere a piedi, ma dopo cena è preferibile rientrare in taxi (la strada su cui sorge l'albergo di notte è praticamente deserta). Stanza dotata di scrivania, wi-fi, molte prese elettriche, tv e aria condizionata.
La struttura è un po' obsoleta, priva di ascensore e senza personale di supporto per i bagagli (i clienti devono portarseli in camera da soli). La stanza (doppia a uso singolo) è piccola, con arredi essenziali. Il bagno, dotato del minimo indispensabile per l'igiene personale, ha presentato qualche criticità: tavoletta del water priva del sigillo igienico e alquanto instabile, perché di diametro inferiore a quello della tazza.

Nice clean room and friendly staff at check in. Breakfast was sufficient. We were offered a room on a lower floor as there is no lift and we had large luggage.
Quite far from town and the station and not much going on in that area.

Lokacija je odlična, na pešačkoj udaljenosti od svih bitnih atrakcija u gradu. Doručak je sasvim zadovoljavajući, pogotovo uzimajući u obzir minimalnu doplatu, dobra poslovna politika. Osoblje ljubazno i predusretljivo...Dobićete i karticu za popust u određenim restoranima, što je za pohvalu.
Parking može biti problem pošto je unutrašnji prostor limitiran na par automobila. I taj prostor se dodatno naplaćuje, ali mi se nije dopalo što je cena za motocikl i automobil ista (10 evra za noć) !? Parkiranje na ulici ispred hotela je takođe moguća opcija...
