“We should have gone in a week when there was no trade fair.”
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good. The apartment was comfortable.
As with all Cologne hotels, prices are substantially higher during weeks when a trade fair is on. The provision of towels, toiletries etc was a bit miserly.

Il piccolo appartamento e' dotato di tutto il necessario e la hall e' molto confortevole. La colazione molto buona
il pacheggio, perche' non funzionava il ticket, che l'hotel ci ha dato. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare piu' volte dal citofono per fare aprire la sbarra del parking
Odličan boravak i zaista divno iskustvo! Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji, uredan i prijatan, a apartman je imao sve što nam je bilo potrebno. Sve je bilo baš onako kako smo očekivali, čak i bolje. Ipak, ono što bih posebno želela da pohvalim jeste osoblje na recepciji. Izuzetno ljubazni, srdačni, profesionalni i uvek spremni da pomognu. Od prvog trenutka učinili su da se osećamo dobrodošlo i prijatno. Na svako pitanje su odgovarali sa osmehom, bili strpljivi i zaista se trudili da nam olakšaju boravak. Takva ljubaznost i odnos prema gostima se danas retko sreću i upravo je osoblje na recepciji ostavilo najlepši utisak na nas. Putovali smo porodično i osećali smo se veoma prijatno i sigurno tokom celog boravka. Lokacija je odlična za obilazak Kelna, a smeštaj je praktičan i udoban. Aparthotel Adagio Köln City bismo bez razmišljanja ponovo izabrali prilikom sledeće posete Kelnu.
“Comfortable apartment hotel in good location.”
The apartment was well equipped and the facilities well thought through including a drying rack in shower room. There was plenty of storage space and very comfy beds.
It would have been nice to have more crockery and cutlery. We could then have run the dishwasher less often.
