The hotel is extremely central. The night market street comes to life in the evening, and the entire area is bustling with very good vibes. The hotel is very clean and rooms have excellent sound proofing. For my duration of the stay, I slept like a baby and was ready to explore seoul refreshed the next day.. The hotel staff are extremely polite, helpful and excellent customer service. Sita helped me with my check out, which was smooth and completed in less than two minutes. I checked out and came back later on for my luggage, which was safely kept along with some famous korean milk that I had purchased, which the staff kept in the fridge till I returned to collect my luggage. The concierge helped me and directed me to the nearest taxi stand. The location is excellent if using the airport limousine bus service. The facilities are amazing at the hotel, with the microwave in the basement if you fancy ramen in your hotel room. There is a seven eleven shop right underneath the hotel, which is very handy. There is a business centre for meetings and team's calls, coined laundry and water fountain on every floor to top up your drinking water and stay hydrated.All tours that have myeongdong as their pickup point is with an easy walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I visit seoul again.
