Gold Majesty Hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming stay with convenient access, valet parking, and an accessible entrance. The hotel features elegant dΓ©cor, a spacious lobby with various activities, and a wide range of facilities. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and pillows. The welcome basket and drinks were a lovely touch, while the room facilities and services made the stay even more convenient. Housekeeping standards were excellent. The reception team was friendly and helpful, particularly Mr. Yusuf, Mr. Kamal, and Mr. Emre. The restaurant staff were equally attentive and welcoming. Breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection of food. Other advantages include the 24-hour front desk, complimentary Wi-Fi, reasonable prices, and visible environmental efforts through recycling and green spaces.
The hotel and lobby can become crowded during busy periods. The Wi-Fi connection would benefit from greater speed and stability. Additionally, an unpleasant bathroom odor was noticeable, apparently due to insufficient ventilation, and should be addressed.
Spa was excellent and free of charge. Fantastic breakfast. Free valet service.
