“Enjoyable stay for our family and friends”
The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family. We also had a view over the ocean. The breakfast buffet had different varieties each morning and was delicious. The staff were really friendly and so helpful with anything and everything. A sort walk to some beach restaurant was lovely in the evening and great surf for our teens right out front. Great beach access.
First impressions was the hotel was tired and needed a facelift. The pool wasn't clear and had a tinge of green. Being a local surrounding the resort there was significant rubbish to be seen.

Staff was exceptional. Very caring people, and great facilities . Loved the kids rooms. Liked the idea or the kids activities and workout classes.
Lots of the activities were canceled or late. The day our kids were expecting face painting need to be receded, then the day nobody came or on forced us they weren’t coming. So could have planned something better for their days. Similar with fitness class, someone came 30min late and I had already given myself a workout, but nobody told me they were running late. Just better communication would really help.
