Peaceful, beautiful pool and surroundings, excellent staff, lovely eating area, delightful afternoon tea.
No bedside table and lamp on one side of the double bed. Light too dim for reading. Too far out but very obliging drivers delivered and collected us from town. We would have appreciated tea bags.

The staff are very kind and friendly, with lots of little complimentary gifts provided. The room was large, light and very well set up. The bathroom and shower were great. The pool is really nice and the overall hotel is peaceful and green.
The breakfast offered many options, but the quality of the food wasn't great.

What an absolutely exceptional hotel, beautiful in every way,food, staff, pool, room, pickup bus, just wonderful.
The only little thing was that the room would smell mouldy without the air purifier running constantly.

Eigentlich alles. So sollte Hotelerie sein. Freundliches kompetentes Personal. Viel Liebe zum Detail mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten (persönlicher Willkommensgruß, immer wieder kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, persönlicher Kontakt zu dem Mitarbeitern). Tolles Spa ! Frühstück a la Carte mit kreativer Karte statt herkömmlichem Buffet. Der Eco Gedanke wurde toll umgesetzt ohne das es sich wie "Verzicht auf etwas" angefühlt hat - im Gegenteil. Danke für die schöne Zeit !!!
