The staff is very polite and good. Even though they are understaffed did their work politely
The owner is taking the guests for a ride. His hotel is under renovation and all uneven are dangerous approach especially for the elders. Poor lighting aroind. The owner should give 50 percent discount compared to the facilities offered just in his area. Absolutely unhappy that full amount was taken when facilities are not ok. The initial room had issues for light, no point for the kettle etc. Forced to take an update to their supposed to be new rooms but the way to the same is pathetic

Room was adjacent to restaurant, lot of noise and loud music disturb us. Both the room was not nearby. way to room was not plain ups and down were there.
