“Mixed Experience with Good Service but Poor Comfort”
The room we booked was relatively spacious and comfortable in terms of size. The staff were polite, friendly, and always tried to help us, whether by giving directions to places we wanted to visit or providing things like bottled water when needed. I also appreciated the food variety at the hotel, especially that there were many options beyond Chinese cuisine, which made meals more enjoyable and convenient for international guests.
There were several things that could be improved. The room had mosquitoes, likely because the window had been left open. The bed, which is one of the most important aspects of a hotel stay, was extremely hard and felt like sleeping on a wooden board. Bathroom towels were often worn out, with holes or tears, and the bathroom had humidity and signs of mold. The air conditioner was necessary because of the heat, but it blew directly toward my face at night and I ended up catching a cold. Also, the corridors leading to the rooms had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet did not appear clean.

El desayuno es muy variado. No hay problemas si vienen varias nacionalidades, se come rico y abundante. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la ubicación para conocer esta perfecto. Si vienes a la Feria de canton es super ideal.
Tener acceso a la Piscina. Deben tener una variedad de café, el cafe es muy fuerte.
