Buffet and pool and snacks
The room is getting too much noise from upper floors, cleaning and vacuuming after 10 pm often. AC is not easy to control. Either too cold or auto on and off. Some VIP team were too slow to respond and often lacking info. Some restaurants were pretty bad too.
