Wir waren in den letzten Jahren wiederholt im Renaissance Hotel. Nun kommt es doch ein bisschen in die Jahre. Das Personal ist gewohnt freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war gewohnt gut, der Ausblick wie immer fantastisch,
Dieses Mal war unser Zimmer im Renaissance Hotel unzureichend sauber. Es wurde während fünf Tagen nicht gesaugt und die Ablagen in Bad und Bettbereich waren nicht einwandfrei geputzt. Die Gläser im Zimmer haben wir aufgrund Schmutz austauschen lassen. Handtuchwechsel war problemlos. Bei 900 Euro für fünf Übernachtungen in Izmir erwarte ich mehr.
The staff were excellent, cooperative like Hilal, Mazloum,Emre and Kutay
The fair is a bit too expensive,, but I guess all the hotels are now more expensive
