“Superb!”
Good morning. It has taken me a while, but I finally did it. This is my review: does it work for you? Tucked into a quiet residential pocket of Toul Kork, Grand Residence, a small apartment block, is a genuinely lovely place to stay. It has a real neighbourhood feel. It is neat, well maintained, secure, and a world away from the traffic and noise of central Phnom Penh, yet still an easy ride to the city’s main attractions. The apartment itself was spotless every single day, with fresh towels and linen regularly supplied. What really made my stay special was the cleaning lady. She was warm, attentive, and happy to tailor things to how I like my space kept. It’s the kind of small touch that makes a place feel like home rather than a rented apartment. Management were equally impressive, responding quickly any time I needed assistance or information. The service was superb. With 24-hour security on site, I always felt safe and at ease, day or night. After three weeks of living in a spacious and comfortable suite, I didn’t want to leave. If circumstances were different, I’d happily make this my permanent home. For anyone looking for a clean, well-run, peaceful base in Phnom Penh, I can’t recommend it enough. Cindy

Very big spacious room. Perfect neighborhood very quiet. Elevator to the higher floors. Good air condition. We had a nice balcony to sit outside for breakfast. All in all best price for this apartment size in this nice neighborhood.
Kitchen equipment very bad no pan no pots no spoons. The bed is quite hard. Some window in the sleeping room without curtain. TV is not working well. There's only one big towel per person per day for the apartment it was okay for us. Shower in the bathtub.
