There is nothing to like about this property. It does not deserve to be called a hotel.
Everything went wrong from the start. Parking in the basement is overcrowded. We booked the most expensive Sanctum Suite, only to find it was on the second floor looking into a blank wall. The website misrepresents the rooms, it makes you believe there will be expansive Lake views but it is a concrete jungle. In fact the "hotel" only occupies 2 floors of a 15 floor apartment building. The decor is shoddy and depressing, the lighting is poor, the corridors are dingy, the furniture is terrible. Staff did not know much about the facilities.
The room was a little small but clean, nice and comfortable. The facilities were fantastic and the food was exceptional
