One of the worst hotels in Bursa. Reasons: 1. Very old. 2. Dilapidated. 3. Old, dirty flooring. 4. The bathroom is unclean, smells bad, and is in poor condition. 5. The air conditioner is old and sluggish. 6. The staff member (the heavy-set Turkish man) is unhelpful, rude, bossy, selfish, and unresponsive to guests' requests; he enters rooms while guests are away, is disorganized, and is altogether unpleasant. I will never stay there again—I would rather sleep under a tree. The experience was terrible; I was very disappointed. I stayed for one day and left immediately. I'm sad that the hotel didn't meet my needs. I will never stay there again. The photos on Booking do not reflect reality; it feels like a deception
