“Location awesome but rooms need improvement”
The location is awesome. The reception was staff were very friendly and extremely cooperative.
Bathrooms in TERRIBLE CONDITION. Poorly maintained and not kept in clean condition at all. Stains everywhere, flush handle water leak. I had commented earlier too about this. Our friends who also stayed at the same place in fact called housekeeping and complained. Coffee cups were cracked and coffee came leaking out. Rooms not kept that clean, the desk, table etc had dust. We ordered chicken club s/wich which came after an inordinate delay and reason given toaster not working. The worst possible sandwich ever seen. Could just take one bite and that's it. Wasn't grilled also. Sandwich had an omelet inside. WHAT!!! Breakfast pathetic. Dosa was not our crisp dosa. Puris took ages for refill. Reason we were told. "ONLY ONE FRYING PAN" Can you believe this.
