  “Great location”

  Location great .staff friendly . Bed comfortable and lovely pillows . Very clean room . Air con but must admit ours only worked when it felt like it . I requested a ground floor room and got it . They let you leave luggage to go out for a wander if room isn't ready yet . Our room was ready 2 hours early and they let us have the key . They had run out of ice but they did let us take an ice bucket to the room and we got Ice from supermarket by the station . Surprised at how peaceful it was despite being on the stations main road .

  The shower was dangerous. No slip mats and the water spurts all over the small bathroom floor as soon as you put shower on in the tiny pod bathroom . The doors do not help as they have an inch gap at the bottom . We couldn't use shower because of the risk of slipping . Also there is no mini fridge to put water and milk in . I have a cpap machine to help me breathe at night but there isn't any plug sockets next to the bed in any rooms but luckily I had a short extension lead with me .Breakfast at £16.50 per person on the day or £13.50 pre-booked is very expensive on top of room prices so we didn't have breakfast . The room needs a bin bigger than a child's sandcastle bucket .
