The king size bed and the roof top restaurant
The noise from the constant dragging of chairs from the floor above my 12th floor room.

The location is very strategically beneficial. The staff was so friendly and attentive. I said I wanted hot chocolate at breakfast but it is not normally provided. The next day the waitress offered hot chocolate to us. Excellent service.
bathroom lighting is very dim, difficult to see your face in the mirror.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Place is very accessible by various transports as it is beside a gojek and train station.
Its just a bit of a hassle for the construction and renovation ongoing on the lower floors. Can hear works happening. Had to use the toilet at the restaurant on the roof while waiting for my grab after checking out as the lobby toilet is under works too.
