Location is great hotel is clean
Staff are unhelpfull! We asked for a pizza at about midnight which is a standard service across ibis budget hotels and were told to use uber eats ! It was only when they realised we knew they were supposed to be able to serve 24/7 that they reluctantly made it! On thursday and friday only half the breakfast items were out and they were not replenishing items that had run out! I saw a lady ask for milk for the coffee maching and again, they were very reluctant to fill it! All breakfast items had been cleared before 10am! I have stayed at many ibis budgets! They are pretty basic but standard across the board but this is the 1st time i came across staff who made me feel like a nuisance
