An exceptional stay with top-tier service and an unbeatable location at Ascott Raffles City Chengdu. Review Breakdown Host & Service: The hospitality went above and beyond. The team quickly provided a drying rack and a stand fan upon request. When my Meituan app failed to work, a wonderful receptionist stepped in and ordered food for me using her personal phone! Location: The property sits directly on top of Raffles City Mall and is very close to MixC Mall, making shopping, dining, and transit incredibly convenient. Comfort & Sleep: I enjoyed a very restful sleep every night. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room cool and cozy when the weather outside was warm. Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless. I had zero complaints and felt completely assured and comfortable during my stay. Facilities: The serviced apartment featured all the standard, reliable fittings. The gym was good—though keep in mind the ceiling is a bit low if you plan on doing pull-ups—and the indoor pool is somewhat small but functional. Value: This place delivered fantastic value for the price I paid.

Good location with kind staffs. Besides there were laundry facilities in our appartement.
I doubted whether this is really a five star hotel… for me it’s a 4 star at most…. The rooms could be cleaner, and the swimming pool and spa facilities were quite small
