Reasonably located from casuarina, city and Palmerston. Enjoyed the comfort and quiet escape from the hustle of the suburb life. Felt like a getaway resort. Enjoyed the food cooked fresh, will definitely be back and recommending future visitors.
Nothing to fault
The room was clean, outside not so much, room cleaning staff helpful & polite. FoH on arrival not so much, asked for a lower floor room & that was an issue, the blonde on the desk said something about I only booked the previous day & so no lower floor. Not sure why date of booking is relevant? Male manager came out & sorted.
For me personally having never been to Darwin, It was a bit further & out of the way from City than I realised. A big dislike was, given a high number of hospital staff & patients staying there, it was troublesome to note one of the two disability parking spaces near my block was unusable due to massive bin parked in it.
