No me gustó ya que cuando llegamos nos dijeron que nuestra reserva no estaba confirmada y teníamos que dejar o 100 euros o el pasaporte, cuando tenía la factura en mano con el número de reserva, además encontramos una cucaracha, no había wifi y cuando nos levantamos no había agua, para nuestra sorpresa la señora de recepción que se llama Raquel Paulino no pidió disculpas al contrario, no resolvió y puso cara como que la estamos incomodando. Sin duda una mala experiencia. Cuando hemos puesto la queja el establecimiento ha negado que no hubiera agua ni wifi cuando la mayoría de huéspedes estaban fuera del apartamento reclamando lo mismo. Una vergüenza
