“A great hotel in a great spot in Beijing”
Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location in Beijing. The breakfast buffet was filled with a variety of delicious options. The biggest hotel room we have ever stayed in !
In-house wifi did not work, however this was the case in all hotels we stayed in both Beijing and Shanghai, so perhaps not a hotel issue more network.

“Relaxed luxury close to the temple of heaven.”
Relaxed and friendly staff in a luxury setting. Great gym, sauna and pool. Guests were welcomed to takeaway boxes and coffees after or instead of breakfast. The concierge was patient and helpful.
The meet and greet service was expensive.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The lighting and air conditioning was convenient and quiet. The pillows were great. The restaurant had many choices and great desserts. The service at the hotel desk was excellent!
The bed was a bit too firm for me.
