Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn was a wonderful experience with comfortable accommodation and excellent hospitality.
While my overall stay was pleasant. I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility regarding the meal arrangement. I requested that the included breakfast be either delivered to my room or adjusted to lunch or dinner but unfortunately, neither option could be accommodated. For guests travelling long distances, arranging meals from outside can sometimes be inconvenient. I would therefore recommend that the management consider offering greater flexibility with meal arrangements to improve the overall guest experience.
