Big problem: The air conditioning was either too much or too little, as the thermostat wasn't working. I brought it up multiple times each day, but no one on site could fix it, and the offsite person never showed up. So, each night I had to either freeze (leaving the a.c. on) or shut the system off and had to open the window for any air. It very much compromised my stay. I never was offered another room, a discount, or the honesty that this problem was beyond the staff's skill set.
