De locatie, het ontbijt en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel waren prima
De kamer was redelijk rumoerig (verkeerslawaai). Het was er vrij licht omdat een fel brandende lantaarnpaal recht voor het raam stond. Beter sluitende gordijnen zou het oplossen.

“Not possible to shower - do not recommend”
The location is excellent, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Very convenient.
The water boiler in the building was not working. It was not possible to shower in our bedroom - not only was the pressure super low but the water was cold. The property already knew about this issue, failed to warn us and also did not fix it during our stay. For a 4 day stay, this was very uncomfortable. They offered the option to shower in another building, in a bathroom to be shared with other guests. For that experience, we could have booked a hostel and at a much lower price. When asked by Booking.com to refund us, they refused and did not offer any type of compensation. This definitely negatively affected our trip and we felt deceived. Besides that, the building was not clean. The carpets were dirty and stained, there were bugs everywhere, cobwebs, etc. The room was small and the noise from other guests was very audible. Quite uncomfortable experience overall

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Londres. Chambre conforme aux photos et bon accueil de la part du personnel.
Le gros point noir, pas d’eau chaude pendant notre séjour. L’hôtel devait faire un geste commercial mais rien n’a été fait…donc déception au vu du prix de la nuitée.
