Based on the price we paid, the breakfast is fantastic. Recommend to those who wish to have budget stay with breakfast included. Walking distance to Surabaya Mall and Alun-Alun, also Gubeng station (less than 1KM).
Overall, nothing to complain except the room setup is a little bit run down like bathroom, bed and floor.
