“Worst experience in trying to make a booking!”
I have been trying to make a booking for 4rooms with your hotel and I'm apalled by the quality of your service. The reservations are unable to give me a proper rate for my stay. I'm surprised that this is Hilton standards. Very disappointing! I was also kept on hold for a very long time when trying to reach the hotel directly. The worst experience with a 5 star hotel. Never experienced this before.

What a place! We have already booked to come back! The food is OUTSTANDING! The staff are amazing, the place is just incredible. All of the à la carte restaurants are some of the best I’ve been to at an all inclusive resort. Such an easy booking system too. Our daughter fell ill, the hotel management couldn’t do enough for us, bringing us food up to the room, to make sure as parents we still ate. Then when she was well, checked in to see how she was. The adult only pool is fab, great to have space to get away from the kids if needed. The small waterpark was an added bonus to break the day up too. The beach is stunning, with SO much room, with sunbeds. We enjoyed the chilled evenings and the vibe of the evenings, though VERY humid, it’s nice to get inside into the aircon, which cooled you right down. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Lovely hotel stay! Great place for kids with wide variety of food. Excellent service. Shout out to Shinoj during the morning buffet. Will definitely return
