  “Great location”

  The location of this hotel is perfect as the bus from Naples airport drops you off just outside the central train station and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk away, which suited us perfectly as we had an early train from central station the following morning. The room and the bathroom were both spotless and the bed was very comfortable. There was also great air conditioning in the room.

  The only disappointment was the breakfast in the morning as the options were very limited.

  Proper en degelijk hotel met ruime kamers en ok ontbijt.

  De ligging is in een zijstraat van een groot plein, tussen nachtwinkels. In het hotel merk je er niets van, maar voor mijn vrouw en dochter voelde het een beetje ongemakkelijk aan om in die buurt te wandelen. Er zijn wel meer straten in Napels doe hetzelfde gevoel geven

  Disappointing experience – not up to Best Western standards Having previously stayed at a Best Western in Nice and been very impressed, I chose Best Western again for our stay in Naples, believing I would be guaranteed a reliable standard. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. I tend to get very hot due to my age, so we had the air conditioning set to a cooler temperature. However, my husband found it too cold. We decided to use the duvet from the wardrobe, only to discover that it had no duvet cover and had blood stains on it. This was extremely unpleasant and not something I would expect from a reputable hotel chain. As a result, my husband had to endure the cold rather than use the duvet. This was particularly disappointing and made our stay less comfortable than it should have been. There were also maintenance issues, including a broken lid on the kettle, which further added to our concerns about the room’s upkeep. I appreciate that occasional issues can arise, but for a Best Western hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance and attention to detail.
