“Relaxation”
The style is excellent.
There is no AC at the lobby and the bar area

El hotel está bien, y su personal es muy atento. El wifi funcionaba muy bien. La zona de piscina es muy agradable, aunque le faltan camastros teniendo en cuenta que la zona de playa está totalmente inutilizada.
Lo que no recomiendo son sus habitaciones con techo de paja. Teníamos una reserva de Booking con fotos que eran de techo normal, pero nos dieron una habitación con techo de paja en la planta superior. Inicialmente nos dio igual, aunque cuando llegó la noche y fuimos a dormir empezamos a ver restos de suciedad de la paja que caía en las camas y restos de (según la IA) excrementos de algún lagartito que había dentro (vimos uno muy pequeño en la pared de la cama). Esa noche hubo tormenta y los ruidos del agua y animales en el techo de paja no nos dejaron apenas dormir. Por suerte al día siguiente accedieron a hacernos el cambio de habitación. El equipo fue muy amable y lo facilitó sin poner problemas. El desayuno era carta, correcto y apetecible. El resto de servicios eran extremadamente caros, como si Tulum siguiera siendo una zona de lujo como fue años atrás. Esperábamos que los precios estuvieran adaptados pero seguían cobrando 350 pesos por una cocacola y un agua con gas, cocteles por más de 300 pesos con propina aparte por el servicio.
“An Unforgettable Stay”
An Unforgettable Stay! What a wonderful, quaint boutique hotel with beautiful accommodations and the friendliest, most attentive staff! I stayed in a room called Agua del Mar, which had its own little private pool. Although I didn’t use the private pool during my five-day stay in July because the water was quite cold, the main pool was much warmer and absolutely lovely. The hotel also has a private tequila tasting room upstairs, and the lobby is open, airy, and beautifully designed. Its location across the street from the beach makes it even more charming. Omar, our waiter, was absolutely amazing, and Chef David was equally wonderful. Every meal was delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was a highlight. I loved the avocado toast so much that I ordered it every morning during my stay! One of the most memorable parts of my trip was the incredible attention from the staff. Ambrosio, the groundskeeper, remembered that I wanted to see a turtle. He actually contacted me twice during my stay to let me know when turtles were coming ashore to nest so I could watch them from a respectful distance. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me. Mar, another wonderful staff member, also gave me an excellent restaurant recommendation: La Negra Tomasa, a local hotspot serving authentic food with live music. It was such a fun and memorable experience! The entire stay was truly unforgettable, largely because of the warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating staff. Their genuine care and attention to detail made me feel so special throughout my visit. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Very Friendly and attentive staff, all of them- Maria, Wiliam, José and all the others of which I can‘t remember the names- really everyone was Here to make our stay wonderful and relaxed. Highly clean Hotel and Hotel Area, housekeeping as well as the Reception Gabe Their best to fulfill our wishes.
