“Budget friendly guest house close to Oxford”
The manageress was lovely and very helpful. Pre check in instructions were clear and well organised. Limited parking but for the area it's a bonus just to have that. The room was clean and plenty of teabags / coffee / milt in the room
TV in the room struggled to receive a strong enough WiFi signal to make it watchable.

Lovely room, twin beds which is sometimes hard to find, very comfy and a good location for visiting the colleges

The manager was very kind. Check in was pleasant, easy, and fast. We were shown to our room right away and given a quick tour of the property, as needed. Though the location is a little "out there", it is right next to Folly Bridge and there are many busses making access to the main plaza very accessible. It was quiet and comfortable with a large bathroom, coffee and tea in the room, and everything clean and nice.
The only thing I can think of is the location. The property is older, but the windows are new, the facilities are nice - and even the location is mitigated by nearby busses and restaurants. Overall, not much to complain about.
