Buona posizione, in venti minuti a piedi si è in centro. Il proprietario/gestore ci ha offerto un upgrade con terrazza vista mare senza sovrapprezzo. Appartamento spazioso e luminoso in un contesto semi-nuovo.
Pulizia tremenda (ho dovuto ri-lavare tutto il bagno; polvere ovunque; finestre sporche; muri segnati). Posto auto molto costoso (200 NOK al giorno; attenzione che stando due notti fanno pagare 3 giorni) e senza possibilità di ricarica veicolo elettrico.

We hadden het appartement aan de haven geboekt. Helaas kregen wij bij aankomst van de dame die de sleutels beheerde te horen dat de gasten in het appartement 2 dagen langer hadden bijgeboekt. Dus kregen wij een ander appartement zonder parkeergarage uitzicht op gebouw totaal geen privacy. De eigenaar deed wel iets van de prijs af. Omdat we er om vroegen en er op dat moment ook niks anders te krijgen was in Stavanger.
Geen privacy erg vies. De borden en glazen waren vies incl de pannen. De handgrepen van de keukenkastjes waren vet.
