“scammers”
we booked the hotel through booking.com, 2 rooms for 2 people. the only criterion and filter that was important to us and that we marked was that the hotel has a 5-star category so that we wouldn't have any bad surprises. when we arrived at the address of the hotel, we saw that the hotel was very bad and dirty and full of insects. we asked the staff at the reception to cancel the reservation or to provide us with proof that the hotel has a 5-star category. they refused to do so and were very insolent at the same time. we went to another hotel. now the hotel and booking.com do not want to return the money, so we will have to report to the competent authorities in the Netherlands and Bangladesh.
