What was promised like free breakfast was not offered, their deadbolt and security door are not properly secured. Their lights are not bright enough and needs to be replaced, their safe box is not functioning. My checking in was a little bit frustrating because they couldn’t find my name on the booking list
Below what I expected, but overall I enjoyed my stay.
“Extremely poor”
The room was OK. Hot water wasn't working and room service was horrible for a room as high as $97, it was horrible. They weren't honest about the central heating system. You will get 3 cups of hot water in a bucket. I had to check out same night
