Good location Very nice and kind staff
The air conditioning is not powerful at all. No elevators Very noisy during the day. Double bed is just two single beds pushed together

Great helpful staff, nothing a problem. Cleaning ladies polite and very efficient, close to beach and walkway, and bonus we got upgraded to full sea view.

El buffet es lo más espectacular en ese hotel, todo muy limpio y hay mucha variedad de comidas todos los días. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y muy atentos a todo.
El agua de la piscina estaba realmente fría, no se podía bañar a gusto, casi un 80% de los residentes del hotel, a las 7:00 de la mañana ya tenían todas las hamacas cogidas y volvían a las habitaciones. Las vistas de la habitación no es lo que esperábamos, teníamos vistas a una pared, la cual no podíamos abrir las cortinas porque todo el mundo que pasaba por allí nos podía ver.
