Die Rezeption und einer der Kassier's. Der Service und die Zimmerreinigungskrat waren sehr freundliche und gute Menschen. Sie haben sich gekümmert um mich. Die Rezeption wirkt überheblich, man füllte sich nicht willkommen im Coral Sands. Und Herr Maduranga (Cashier) war eine volle Katastrophe. Ich wurde vom Hotel mit den Kosten des Privatdrivers übers Ohr gehauen, auch tat er sehr schwer was US Scheine betrifft. Er wusste, dass auch die Bank schwierig täte wegen einem kleinen Riss. Doch er sagte nichts und lies mich zur Bank gehen. Die absolute Krönung, beim Bankbesuch erschien er auch. Er stellte sich einfach neben mich und eine Beachtung gegenüber mir zu schenken, er grüsste nicht mal! Als ihm das Ganze zu lange ging bis er dran kam, ging er einfach wieder. Im weiteren habe ich mein Kartenetui irgendwo liegen lassen. Ich habe das Hotel angeschrieben 3.9 so um halb neun, ob ich sie bei ihnen im Hotel liegen gelassen habe. Ich warte heute noch auf eine Antwort.
Hygiene, De kamers waren vies, overal haren, lakens vies en kapot. We kregen een upgrade. Jammer genoeg waren deze kamers nog viezer. Vliegen achter het gordijn en beestjes in het bed. We zijn direct vertrokken. We hebben gezien dat ze wel bezig zijn met het opknappen van kamers. Een goede zaak maar een goede controle op de schoonmaak zou zeker een verschil maken.

Location is near to hikkadua turtle beach. Swimming pool is well maintained
Old building needs a lot of renovation. They don’t have lift to go upstairs that’s a big minus
