“False advertising”
⚠️ WARNING – STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! This hotel deliberately keeps guests in the dark. They never informed us before arrival that their advertised beach, supposedly just a 2-minute shuttle ride away, was closed. Instead, they transported unsuspecting guests to a completely different beach 40 km away, from Makadi Bay to Safaga. Imagine wasting hours of your vacation every day because the hotel failed to disclose such a crucial fact. To make things even worse, guests were packed into overcrowded minibuses without air conditioning, in extreme Egyptian heat. It was uncomfortable, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. This is not a minor inconvenience—it's misleading advertising and a serious lack of transparency. If the hotel had been honest, many people would never have booked it. Avoid this place if you value honesty, professionalism, and your vacation. Guests deserve the truth before they pay, not unpleasant surprises after they arrive.

More than what you would expect for a 3-star hotel. The staff is super friendly from waiters to animators and all. Daily activities and entertainment both in mornings and evenings. It exceeded our expectations. The food buffet changes daily and you can always find something you’d like. Definitely not a last time.
“Scammers”
SCAMMERS—a hotel with no private beach. They transport guests like cattle in non-air-conditioned vans to beaches 40 km away—the distance from Makadi Bay to Soma Bay. This hotel should be completely banned from operating by law.
