I spent three nights at this hotel; it was very clean and well-located, and the welcome was excellent. Unfortunately, massive construction work next door made it impossible to sleep in the morning. Breakfast is served starting at 8:00 AM, but on my final day, I had planned to eat there; however, even getting an orange juice was impossible at 8:20 AM because the staff member hadn't arrived yet. Of all the hotels on my Bali itinerary, this was the most expensive, yet it offered the least service. Still, it remains a very good hotel overall.
