It was near the OVO venue
The rooms were dirty and our beddings had stains. The first staff member we encountered at the reception area wasn’t welcoming and friendly. But the other lady next to her was very helpful and friendly but we didn’t get either of their names.
Good location in a nice area of Glasgow and close to the SEC, room was quiet, spacious and well equipped, breakfast was good, all in all it was a good stay during my conference week in Glasgow...
... but the hotel management was not very customer-friendly (regarding issuing of invoice and extension of stay) which spoilt the impression of the hotel.
