The room was very nice & thoughtfully pre-heated (impressive service particularly on a cold day). It was very clean, tidy & comfortable; a place made for relaxation. The decor was meticulously considered; a classy backlit TV in each room, warm snuggly beds & a luxurious shower; a winning sequence of features, one could only appreciate. A great combination & overall experience. The attention to detail was difficult not to notice. I really enjoyed my stay & thought they did very well. What a great place to rejuvenate. Without hesitation, I would stay again. I highly recommend the Belmont Motor Inn. You will thoroughly enjoy it.
The staff were friendly & kind. I appreciated the over the phone manner & service. An area for improvement would perhaps be to provide a follow-up email with check-in details in advance of arriving. This would provide some reassurance & confidence that things run smoothly. This information I needed was eventually provided. However, I had to track & confirm it myself rather than having it confirmed & provided for in an email automatically (code for after-hours key retrieval if required & room number). Had I not followed up, issues may have arisen. I mean this positively & constructively. Notwithstanding, it was an excellent stay.
