Buena ubicación en lugar seguro, lo mejor la pileta en la terraza, el dpto cómodo, limpio. El anfitrión muy atento a todo.

Big spacious room with lots of sunlight if you open curtains. The full sized glass doors open right into the yard. Which allow for some fresh air flow.
I thought it’s a private terrace, but it’s a common area between the 2 towers, with a fence. So not that private because literally everyone can see you and inside the room. anyone can walk in freely who has the access to the property. Including workers. CONSTRUCTION NOISE ALL DAY LONG. I was rudely awoken in the morning with a jackhammer that felt like is right behind my head. There are 2 buildings being built of BOTH sides of this tower. Super annoying. I came to work and it was impossible. At nights sometimes was quite. Some days some neighbors play very loud music! On a Tuesday night someone turned on Mexican music around 2 am and it kept playing until 4:30 am. And I don’t even know how to deal with this. Water from the bathroom while taking a shower is being splashed and it’s unavoidable. Then the water flows inside the room and under the bed. Floor becomes very slippery. And there is no mop to wipe it. I was staying for 8 nights, and no extra garbage bags were left. The host is not responsive at all. He literally did Not reply to any of my messages. They sent a cleaner 3 days in, to do a general cleaning I was told. Whyy??? I wasn’t expecting that since it’s not a hotel. That caught me by unpleasant surprise. I didn’t expect or wanted to be bothered at all. He notified me by sending a WhatsApp message at 6:30am on the same day. Cleaner showed up around 10, and woke me up. I wish at least it could be communicated a day prior or at the very beginning! Basically I have had been bothered a lot by many factors. The shower-head is broken! Water just flows from over the top and ends up being one stream like from a tap. Also there were lots of super tiny ants coming from the outside, under the AC and making their way to the fridge and further around the counter. Counter is dark and you can’t see them. But they do get on your hands and food when you’re cooking. Unpleasant. I had to buy vinegar specifically for that and clean it myself daily several times a day.
